These terms cover your use of vhsdigi.com, which is run by VHS Digital (see our legal notice). By using the site you accept them. Work we do for clients is covered by the proposal and contract for that project, not by these terms.

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t copy our content for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it to send spam or harmful code.

Our content

We own the text, design, photography and video on this site, or use them with permission. Client names, logos and campaign work belong to our clients and appear with their permission.

Case study results

Results shown in our case studies come from our clients’ accounts and tools at the dates given. Every business is different, so they show what we have achieved before, not a promise of the same result for you.

Links to other websites

We link to other sites, such as our clients’ shops and social accounts. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it is always error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it or relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
